Unitrans Agriculture and Mining Services employs some 3 500 individuals across its geographic and business structure. In most operational regions, but particularly in those countries to the north of South Africa, we are in a unique position to be able to train and promote the local employee base to increasing levels of skill and associated responsibility. These transferred skills are proficiencies vital to the development and nurturing of the local labour markets, which in turn, support growth and opportunity to both employer and employee alike. They include skills such as driving, operating vehicular and plant equipment, heavy duty mechanical expertise, information technology, and office clerical capabilities.

At our head office in Westville, KZN, our diverse staff profile is made up of senior management, administration and human resources consisting of technical specialists, agricultural engineers, clerical, accounting, marketing and IT support staff.

Our Mining Services personnel are based at USCS head office in Sandton Gauteng and consist of senior management, administration and human resources, clerical, accounting, marketing and IT support staff.
